General Manager
Our client is a well-established international Cinema brand who are proud to be the one of the largest cinema operators in the world. They are rapidly growing with many more new openings in the pipeline for the future!
We are currently recruiting for a General Manager within one of their fantastic cinemas. The ideal candidate will have experience as a General Manager or Store Manager within a fast-paced, customer focused environment and a proven track record of delivering strong sales. You will need to be motivated, enthusiastic and have a real passion for exceptional customer service in addition to the ability to train and develop a large team and great financial knowledge. Of course a passion for film and cinema is greatly preferred (but lets face it, who doesn’t love cinema!)
Responsibilities include:
To deliver a premium customer experience by managing and motivating the team.
Work with the senior management team to monitor the performance of all team members.
To maintain all operational standards and company policies.
Manage all employees reporting to the position so as to effectively recruit, train, evaluate, motivate, delegate and monitor their activities.
Experience required:
Strong experience in a similar position within a customer focused environment.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Energetic, committed and self-motivated, you will need to lead by example!
Adaptable, flexible and excellent cash control.
