Services

Two ways we hire for you. Both start with a visit.

Permanent and temporary recruitment across retail, hospitality, leisure and sales — anywhere in the UK, from a team that walks your floor before it writes your job spec.

Our fees

No placement, no fee. No hidden costs. No upfront charges.

We're confident our fees are among the most competitive in UK recruitment. You only pay when a placement is made — there are no retainers, no registration fees, and no surprises on the invoice.

No placement, no fee

If we don't make the hire, you don't pay. Our fee is only due once a candidate has started.

No hidden fees

The fee we quote is the fee we invoice. No add-ons, no admin charges, no unexpected extras.

No upfront costs

No retainers and no speculative charges. We do the work first, then invoice after a successful placement.

Prefer to talk it through? We'll be upfront about costs in the first call.

An extension of your recruitment team

We'd rather have a small number of clients we know well than a long list we don't.

We tell you what we're seeing

If the salary is below market, if the spec is asking for two people in one job, if the applications aren't coming — you'll hear it from us early, not at the end of a wasted month.

We adapt to how you work

If something about our process doesn't suit you, tell us and we'll change it. Different shortlist format, different interview stages, different pace — it's your hiring, not ours.

We stay in touch after the hire

A placement isn't finished when the contract's signed. We check in with both sides once someone's started, and we want to hear if it isn't working.

Permanent

Permanent hire

A permanent hire is a decision you live with for years. Get it wrong and you're covering shifts, retraining, and starting again by spring.

We take the time to understand the role properly before we start looking — which usually means coming to see it. Then you get a shortlist, not a stack: five CVs on average, each candidate spoken to, checked, and briefed honestly on what the job actually involves.

On site

  • Assistant Manager
  • Store Manager
  • Deputy General Manager
  • General Manager
  • Venue and Duty Manager
  • Area Manager

Head office

  • Finance
  • HR
  • Events
  • Sales
  • Directors

Entry-level through to leadership. If it keeps your operation running, we recruit for it.

If it doesn't work out, we replace them.

Every permanent placement comes with a rebate or free replacement period. Three months is our standard, though we set the terms around what the role and the risk actually warrant — a Store Manager and a Finance Director aren't the same hire, and shouldn't carry the same terms.

We'd rather agree that upfront than argue about it later.

How permanent hire works

  1. 01

    Brief

You tell us the role, the team, and what's gone wrong before.

  2. 02

    Site visit

We come to you, walk the site, and speak to whoever runs it day to day.

  3. 03

    Search

We work our existing candidate network first, then search wider.

  4. 04

    Shortlist

Five CVs on average. Everyone spoken to, checked and briefed.

  5. 05

    Interview

We arrange it, prepare the candidate, and get you honest feedback afterwards.

  6. 06

    After the hire

We check in with both sides once they've started — and if it doesn't work out inside the guarantee period, we replace them.

Permanent hire

Temporary

Temporary hire

Demand in retail, hospitality and leisure doesn't arrive evenly. Some weeks you need twice the team you had last month, and you need them now.

We supply temporary workers anywhere in the UK, usually within seven days of you asking — for a season, a fortnight, or a single weekend.

Roles we supply

  • Sales Assistants
  • ·Customer Service Assistants
  • ·Cleaners
  • ·Bar Staff

The roles that keep the doors open when volume spikes. If you need something else covered, ask.

Around half the temporary workers we place end up being offered a part-time contract by the client they're working for — which tells you what sort of people we're sending.

Peak trading

Holiday periods, seasonal rushes, and the weeks your footfall or admissions run highest. Planned in advance, staffed to the numbers you're forecasting.

Staff shortage

A site or an area short-handed at short notice. Illness, resignations, a rota that's fallen apart — we fill the gap while you sort the permanent answer.

Scaling on demand

Ongoing supply as your demand moves. You tell us the numbers, we send the workers, week by week.

How the temp service runs

  1. 01

    You send the rota

Tell us the shifts, the hours and the locations you need covering. We'll need the rota plan so we can schedule workers against it properly rather than guessing.

  2. 02

    We schedule the workers

We match checked workers to your shifts and confirm the cover before the week starts. Seven days' notice is usually all we need, anywhere in the UK.

  3. 03

    Attendance comes back daily

Hours worked and attendance are reported to us each day the workers are on site, so nothing is reconstructed from memory at the end of the month.

  4. 04

    You get one invoice

For the hours worked, at the rate we agreed. We handle payroll, PAYE and everything behind it. There's nothing for your finance team to process beyond a single invoice.

Checked before they arrive.

Right to work verified. References taken. Every temporary worker we place is checked before they set foot on your site, and the records sit with us.

You're not inheriting the risk, and you're not inheriting the paperwork either.

You manage the shifts. We handle everything else.

Temporary hire

We cover the whole of the UK, every region.

Tell us what you're hiring for. We'll come and see it.
