Solutions ENT has been placing people into retail, hospitality and sales roles since 2019, working with employers across the UK who need staff that turn up, fit in and stay.
What we're not is a CV factory. We don't forward whatever lands in the inbox and hope something sticks. On average we send five CVs to fill a role — and one of them gets hired.
We hire recruiters who've done the job
It's the one rule we don't bend. Every consultant here came to us from hospitality, leisure or retail management — not from a recruitment desk.
There's a practical reason for it. You can't assess a candidate for a job you've never done. You won't know which parts of their answer matter, you won't spot the gap between someone who's run a shift and someone who's covered one, and you'll take a confident answer at face value because you've nothing to measure it against.
It matters on the other side too. If you're a candidate talking to us, you won't have to explain your own job to the person interviewing you.
Where the rule came from
Before founding Solutions ENT in 2019, our Managing Director Arya Daryadel spent four years managing a cinema.
If that sounds like a detour, it isn't. A cinema is a shop, a restaurant and a sales floor operating in the same building at the same time.
Running all of it meant hiring for all of it, mostly students and first-jobbers, on rotas, with the turnover that comes with both. That's where the rule came from — and it's why every consultant who's joined since has arrived with a background of their own.
