Cinema Team Leader
Job Description
One the UK’s leading cinemas is looking for a Team Leaders who is passionate about great customer service to join the team here in Inverness!
As a Team Leader you and your team will be out there as the face of the cinema, striving to deliver an unrivalled cinema experience for all customers. You’ll motivate team members to deliver the best possible service - helping to keep the whole cinema clean and tidy so every customer can enjoy the big screen as it was meant to be! Get ready for some friendly competition as you’ll also be responsible to help drive sales by making sure that the team are fully aware of all promotions and incentives, may the best team win!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Cash Handling (Including Reconciliation)
Food Handling and Stock Control
Increasing Sales
Addressing and Resolving Complaints
Induction, training and coaching of Team Members.
Monitoring Compliance and Maintaining Standards
Experience Required
Previous experience as a Team Leader/Supervisor within the retail, leisure or hospitality sector, don’t worry if you’ve never worked in a cinema before, full training will be given
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
Excellent communication skills with both customers and colleagues
You’ll need to be a dynamic and hands on person with the ability to think on your feet

Salary - £9-11/hour DOE
